Position Overview
The Business Development & Growth Professional will develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support business development efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and partnership development. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, analyze market trends, and implement data-driven marketing initiatives to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with business objectives and global market expansion.
- Identify and target high-value market segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Implement and refine demand generation strategies using digital and traditional marketing techniques.
- Brand & Content Management:
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning for the Powertech Markets.
- Oversee content creation, website updates, digital marketing initiatives, and industry events to strengthen brand presence.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Social Media & Digital Presence
- Develop and manage a LinkedIn strategy to increase engagement and brand credibility.
- Oversee daily social media management, including content planning, posting, and audience interaction.
- Track and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Business Development & Partnership Management
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key industry players, clients, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling proposals and value-driven solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand authority.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and improve customer engagement strategies.
- Analyze Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) data to enhance the customer experience and optimize service offerings.
- Implement initiatives to improve customer retention and long-term business relationships.
- Analytics, Optimization & Budget Management
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI
- Develop data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign and social media performance metrics.
- Execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to improve customer service, enhance customer retention and business and headcount efficiencies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences that will influence marketing campaigns/initiatives
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred but not required). A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience:
- 4-6 years of proven marketing and business growth experience in the utility, technology, software, or related industries. Demonstrated experience with optimizing marketing plans and strategies, data analytics and performance measurement tools.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media management, SEO, advertising and business automation.
- Familiarity with CRM and CSAT tools and technologies, marketing automation, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and sales skills, along with marketing knowledge and business savvy.
