UJA Federations Integrated Development Team is seeking to hire a Coordinator, Integrated Development. The Coordinator, Integrated Development will support the Director and Manager of Integrated Development Operations by executing the processes, procedures and operations to help enable a best-in-class donor experience for our Transformational Campaign team and donors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Help with the implementation of key processes that support the operations of the Integrated Development Teams Transformational campaigns
- Inputting Transformational Gifts into the Database once receive
o Prepare Salesforce reports and lists for the organization based on needs
o Prepare invoices
o Help with the collections process to ensure all gifts are collected once pledged
o Prepare and review tax receipts
o Support the Transformational Campaign Thank You process by tracking and ensuring thank yous are sent out and received
Support the fundraisers in the Philanthropic Leadership Team ensuring that projects are tracked and flagging any issues as they emerge
Coordinate research and prepare documentation for donor meetings
Communicate and liaise with all key stakeholders, including donors, where appropriate; respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain computer databases, run reports, take calls, filing and other office administration duties
Support the development of the Honour Roll
Qualifications
Completion of post-secondary school
Experience creating systems, general project management and administrative support a must
Solid knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Salesforce or other Fundraising/Finance CRM
Excellent organizational and time management skills ability to work independently to meet timelines and priorities
Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills ability to work with a diverse group of professionals, donors and volunteers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail; strategic thinker
Enthusiasm, creativity, innovation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* This is a full-time 13-month contract position.
