Marquis Snow and Ice Ltd. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our fast-growing Operations Team for snow and ice removal.As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will perform a multitude of tasks across all service areas of snow and ice removal, parking lot sweeping and clean-up, and awn and garden maintenance.

Responsibilities
Clean and maintain parking lots, sidewalks, lawn and garden areas at commercial and municipal properties.
Perform various road maintenance services on municipal road ways.
Operate and maintain vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform job responsibilities.
Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.
Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
Performs other duties assigned.

Work Conditions
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift.
Willing to travel regularly to complete on-site maintenance and repairs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.
Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
Flexible working hours including occasional weekend work.

Job Requirements
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Valid drivers license with clean drivers abstract.
