Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Schedule deliveries
• Collect payments, and update customer files
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and typing
• Utilize computerized systems such as POS, Microsoft Office and internet and other office equipment

Requirements:

• Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
• Proficient in using computer software for data entry and administrative tasks
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
