Key Responsibilities of an Associate Product Manager are:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for merchants and external partners regarding integration requirements, troubleshooting, and feedback;
• Collaborating with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver integration solutions that meet customer needs and business goals;
• Coordinating with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on integration solutions;
• Communicating integration progress, timelines, and issues effectively with merchants, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout the integration lifecycle;
• Working closely with the engineering team lead to prioritize technical work, ensuring alignment between product goals and engineering capabilities;
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new integration opportunities that could add value to the product.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Strong understanding of integration tools, APIs, and cloud-based technologies;
• Basic understanding of data structures and software engineering principles;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with integration technologies (preferred);
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to understand and translate customer needs into product features.
