Milk2Sugars is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our Toronto team full-time! Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as an effective day-to-day account lead across multiple client accounts in a leadership role, with a superior ability to nurture client relationships, foresee issues and manage/reset expectations
- Ensure that account teams deliver exceptional results for clients and provide best-practice direction and support to junior team members.
- Oversee a small team of coordinators and executives, as well as interns. Work closely with the team to produce all campaigns and day to day deliverables on schedule. You will be responsible for checking in with your team, as well as motivating them to achieve targets and goals.
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of our social media (organic & paid) and digital marketing offerings and upsell to existing clients.
- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
- Prepare thoughtful client reports: monthly, quarterly and campaign recaps with attention to insights and strong analytical data.
- Prepare sound MSA/agreements, SOW/scopes of work & contracts for new programs or campaigns.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in the media, digital and social spaces and work with the team to propose new and innovative ways to leverage the media for all Client needs.
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our and our clients website traffic, service quotas, and target audiences.
- Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Developing and leading innovative integrated marketing strategies and planning programs in collaboration with your team and the public relations team.
General Responsibilities
- Delegate tasks, assign deadlines, oversee workback schedules and ensure your team keeps track of priorities and daily to-dos
- Allocate resources and be responsible for identifying inefficiencies on accounts and offering solutions of change, immediately as they occur
- Be responsible for tracking and reporting hours from T-Metric every month to ensure mandates are met
- Be present for in-person status meetings, conference calls and for events after hours on an occasional and as-needed basis
- Occasional travel for Agency, Client and new business meetings, conferences, photo shoots and events
- Perform misc. research, duties and projects as required
Education and Mandatory Skills
- A bachelors degree or certificate in Communications, Social Media/Digital Marketing or a related specialty
- 4-5 years of experience including experience in client-facing roles
- Proven work experience in a social media, digital marketing or digital strategy role
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and team members
- Mastery of English and/or French, oral & written
- Proven understanding of multiple social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- 360 degree understanding of the social media content process and social media analytics
- Experience implementing and optimizing paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other related platforms
- Hands on experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Proficiency with Mac systems, as well as Google & Office software
- Meticulous, with acute attention to detail
- Dynamic & self-starter that can work with efficiency & speed
- Polished writing & presentation skills; both written & in person
