What You'll Do:
Lead Warehouse & Inventory Operations – Oversee receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory control
Drive Demand & Production Planning – Align forecasts with production and supply chain strategies
Optimize S&OP Processes – Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure on-time delivery
Enhance ERP & Reporting Systems – Leverage data to drive decision-making and performance
Develop & Lead a High-Performing Team – Foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation
Requirements

• 5+ years in leadership (warehouse, supply chain, or inventory management)
  
• Experience managing S&OP processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  
• ERP & analytics proficiency to drive data-driven decision-making
  
• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills to lead teams and optimize operations
  
• Certifications preferred: APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma
