We are looking for an Account Manager to join our High Velocity team who is passionate about rapidly growing our Channel Partners to help us achieve our growth objectives.

About the Job

As an Account Manager, youll play a critical role in rapidly onboarding, activating, and growing new Channel Partners. This is a high-impact, high-energy role that requires strong sales acumen, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to drive quick wins while setting partners up for long-term success. Youll be the primary point of contact for new partners, ensuring they receive the guidance, training, and strategic insights needed to maximize their investment in Vendastas solutions.

Youll be actively managing a portfolio of partners while collaborating closely with an Account Executive and the Head of Sales, High Velocity, to drive growth strategies. Your Impact

As an Account Manager, you will work with partners and internal teams to:

  • Onboard and activate new Channel Partners by quickly understanding their business needs and guiding them through a seamless integration process.
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to accelerate partner adoption of Vendastas platform, ensuring they see immediate value.
  • Drive partner retention and revenue growth by providing ongoing education, best practices, and support tailored to their specific goals.
  • Manage high volumes of new partnerships with efficiency, tracking performance metrics and proactively addressing challenges before they arise.
  • Leverage CRM tools and automation to segment partners, personalize outreach, and maximize engagement.
  • Collaborate across teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure a seamless partner experience and alignment on key initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table

You are a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for helping businesses grow. Your ability to quickly establish trust, identify opportunities, and drive engagement makes you a perfect fit for this high-velocity role. With at least four years of sales experience, you have a proven track record of exceeding quotas while effectively balancing new sales, expansion opportunities, and lead generation.

You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and strategic thinking are key. Your deep understanding of channel partner management, sales cycles, and onboarding strategies allows you to proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service, strong presentations, and product demonstrations ensures partners stay engaged and see tangible success.

You are tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools, Google Docs, and digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta. Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, or SNAP is a plus. A bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business is preferred but not required. Most importantly, you bring a customer-first mindset and the ability to build lasting, meaningful relationships with both SMB and Enterprise clients.
