We Are Hiring for a Full-Time VP Finance in Windsor!
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Full-time + occasional overtime
  • Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management & Reporting – Oversee financial statements, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, and provide financial insights.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead budgeting processes, analyze financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Accounting Operations & Internal Controls – Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger; implement fraud prevention measures.
  • Compliance & Risk Management – Coordinate audits, maintain regulatory compliance, and assess financial risks.
  • Strategic Leadership – Support business growth, mergers, acquisitions, and investment strategies; mentor and develop the finance team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA required).
  • 7+ years in accounting or finance, including 2+ years in a leadership role (public accounting preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and experience managing a finance team.
  • USA experience is an asset, some travel may be required
