At Vital Performance Care (VPC), we integrate sports science, rehabilitation, and performance training to provide data-driven, individualized care. We are looking for an Exercise Physiologist to join our team.

This role is for a specialist in physiological performance testing who thrives in an interdisciplinary setting, working alongside physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, strength coaches, and kinesiologists to optimize human performance. Availability: Flexible - days, evenings, weekends (Full-time or Part-time)

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret VOmax testing, lactate threshold assessments, musculoskeletal screenings, and gait analysis.
• Translate physiological data into actionable insights, optimizing training programs, rehab protocols, and athletic performance strategies.
• Work collaboratively with strength coaches, kinesiologists, and rehabilitation specialists to apply scientific data to real-world performance and recovery programming.
• Educate clients and athletes on their test results, training zones, and physiological metrics to enhance their performance and recovery strategies.
• Stay updated with emerging research in exercise physiology, performance testing, and human biomechanics to improve clinical and training applications.
• Contribute to team discussions, case studies, and research initiatives, supporting ongoing education and advancing VPCs integrated care model.

We Are Looking for the Following on Your Resume:

• CSEP-CEP, ACSM EP-C, or equivalent certification.
• BSc or MSc in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with physiological testing, such as VOmax, lactate threshold, or biomechanical analysis (preferred).
• Strong analytical skillsability to interpret biometric and physiological data into practical performance applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring clear client education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience working with high-performance athletes, rehabilitation patients, or chronic disease management is an asset.
