Were seeking a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for clients, agents, and guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome while maintaining an organized and efficient front office.
Your Mission:
As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and assist with inquiries.
- Call & Email Handling: Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings and ensure the office calendar is up-to-date.
- Administrative Support: Assist with paperwork, data entry, and general office duties to support the team.
- Office Organization: Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and meeting spaces.
- Client Hospitality: Ensure clients and guests have a positive and comfortable experience while visiting our office.
- Supply Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Lead Management: Assist in tracking, organizing, and following up on incoming leads to ensure efficient client communication and engagement.
- Agent Assistance: Provide support to agents by assisting with administrative tasks.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure the office kitchen is stocked, clean, and organized for staff and visitors

Skills & Experience:
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in reception, front desk operations, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with office software, including Google Suite and scheduling platforms.
- Problem Solver: Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges and assisting clients.
- Team Player: Collaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to support various office needs.
