Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues using computerized testing equipment.
• Support routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality and safety.
• Interpret technical manuals and drawings under the guidance of senior mechanics.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain machinery schedules and uphold safety regulations.
• Participate in testing repaired machinery to verify performance standards.

Must Have:

• Enrollment in a Heavy Equipment Technician or related program.
• Basic understanding of diesel/gas engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Previous co-op or hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
