• As a Project Manager, you will:
  Lead end-to-end delivery of provincial healthcare projects, ensuring successful implementation of clinical standards across multiple hospitals.
  
• Oversee large-scale healthcare initiatives, including supply chain capacity and distribution improvements.
  
• Drive clinical consolidation projects, helping hospitals align with new acute and sub-acute care models.
  
• Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance healthcare operations, such as system access efficiency and automated supply chain processes.
  
• Manage software selection and implementation for clinical functionality in healthcare settings.

5+ years managing provincial healthcare projects with successful clinical standard implementation.
5+ years overseeing large-scale healthcare initiatives, including supply chain capacity and distribution.
3+ years leading hospital consolidation projects to support new care models.
3+ years implementing healthcare technology solutions for operational improvements.
2+ years managing software selection and implementation for clinical healthcare settings.

Prince2 Foundation or Practitioner certification (must be valid)
PROSCI Organizational Change Management certification (must be valid)
