Job Summary:
We passionately believe that empowered and engaged people are the key to success. In this role, you drive meaningful results through our Residential Sales channel, under the guidance of the Residential Sales Management as well as Senior leadership. What does that mean? Getting boots on the ground and involved in the community. Initiating contact with prospective customers via door-to-door, cold calling, and social media channels. If you love flexible schedules, managing your own sales funnel, and delivering world class broadband to your community, this role is perfect for you.
What you will be doing:
- Sales Management: Take charge of the entire sales journey, from creating opportunities to sealing the deal with our amazing clients (both new and familiar faces).
- Trust Champion: Develop and maintain super strong, trust-filled relationships that align with CFOCs values, making sure our customers are happy and loyal for the long haul.
- On-Site Territory Management: You will craft a plan to drive meaningful sales in the footprint, advising on the best course of action to achieve our goals.
- Connecting with our customers: Foster relationships with residents to instill trust and confidence in the Northern Lights Fiber brand.

- Previous door to door or sales experience, preferably in telecommunication fields, is an asset.
