Key Responsibilities
- Take steps to assist customers in a courteous manner with parking related inquiries, such as use of parking payment systems.
- Perform traffic mitigation to ensure flow of traffic when required.
- Walk through your assigned location(s) to conduct stall occupancy reports multiple times during each shift.
- Record and report all major accidents and incidents in a timely manner.
- Observe all relevant traffic and safety laws.
- Operate effectively as a team with your manager and co-workers.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 18 years of age
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to work outdoors and in all weather, conditions are required for all the locations.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work mornings and evenings, Monday-Sunday, Holidays and special events.
