Senior Product Manager

Were seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive strategic product initiatives, deliver market-leading solutions, and maximize customer value. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in software product management, excel at collaborating across teams and with customers, and bring a vision to contribute to the product teams long-term success.
Functional Accountabilities
- Adoption Strategy, Go-To-Market Execution & Feature Documentation: Own and execute adoption strategies by developing user stories, feature documentation, and go-to-market plans. Actively track and report on feature performance to ensure alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction.
- Product Ownership & Stakeholder Communication: Take full ownership of the product, driving its success through day-to-day management, tracking progress, and resolving blockers. Communicate the product roadmap and feature updates effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including through webinars and presentations.
- Requirements Translation & UAT Leadership: Translate customer needs into clear, actionable user stories and feature descriptions with defined goals and value propositions. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to validate feature quality and ensure readiness for release.
- Lead User Insights & Prioritization of Enhancements: Collaborate with lead users to gather feedback and validate conceptual value. Use insights to evaluate and prioritize enhancements, balancing customer value, market trends, and strategic goals to maximize impact.

This includes coordinating efforts, aligning priorities, and leveraging expertise from each function to achieve well-rounded product outcomes.
- Customer Empathy; Deeply understands and values customer needs, pains, and aspirations, translating this understanding into product improvements. Practically, this involves actively listening to customer feedback, engaging in user research, and ensuring the product delivers meaningful value that resonates with users on a personal level.
- Technical Competency; Understands the technical aspects of product development, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed decision-making on feasibility, trade-offs, and implementation challenges. While not expected to be an engineer, this competency ensures the ability to have meaningful discussions on architecture, scalability, and development constraints.
