Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold calling to closing deals and account management.
- Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Track sales activities using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Provide technical sales support for power generation, HVAC, electrical distribution, and oil-free air compressors.
- Partner with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, fleet, logistics) to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 4-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing large deals and managing a quota of $2M+.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, covering a large geographic area around Fort McMurray.
