Dan Martell's accelerator isn't for the faint of heart. We build AI-first SaaS tools for SMBs fast, validate them through Dan's massive social audience, and scale them into category-defining businesses. Now, we're assembling an elite team to turn our internal AI solutions into products that dominate markets.

This role isn't about theory. It's about building, launching, and iterating — or as we call it, Tuesday.

You'll architect and ship AI tools that solve real problems for SMBs. Think workflow automation, predictive analytics, and NLP-driven agents that customers pay for. No handholding. No bureaucracy. Just code, product, repeat.

• Build AI tools end-to-end (NLP, predictive analytics, automation) that SMBs beg to use.
• Turn Dan's audience into a 10x growth engine for product validation.
• Lead small teams of developers (when needed), but mostly ship code like your career depends on it (because it does).
• Break things. Fix them. Repeat faster than the competition can blink.

• Have a portfolio of shipped AI products (not just prototypes). Show us tools that worked.
• Eat frameworks for breakfast (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain — we don't care, as long as you build).
• Thrive in chaos. Our roadmap changes weekly, and we're obsessed with what customers actually want.
• Laugh at "work-life balance" clichés. We're here to win, not meditate. (But don't worry — you'll get flexible PTO to recover from crushing it.)
• Have the ego to think you're top 1% — and the skills to back it up.

• Build in Public: Your work gets instant exposure to Dan's audience (millions of eyeballs). No hiding in stealth mode.
