To expand our reach, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to help grow our client base through community outreach, relationship building, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Job Summary
The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for generating leads and referrals by promoting our home care services to potential clients, healthcare providers, and community organizations. This role is ideal for someone with strong networking skills, a passion for senior care, and a drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our home care services in Ottawa.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, retirement homes, senior centers, and community organizations.
Identify and engage potential clients through networking, social media, and in-person outreach.
Coordinate and attend events (community fairs, senior expos, healthcare seminars) to generate leads.
Collaborate with management to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Track marketing performance and provide reports on lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach (preferably in healthcare or home care).
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and local advertising strategies is an asset.
Access to a vehicle and a valid drivers license (preferred but not mandatory).
