The Chase Restaurant Group is a passionate team dedicated to hospitality, exceptional food, and creating memorable experiences. Known for The Chase, our renowned fine dining restaurant on the fifth floor of the historic Dineen Building, we are excited to introduce a new casual dining concept on the ground floor, opening in Spring 2025. This new space will offer a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere where both regulars and new guests can enjoy outstanding service and quality dining.

ROLE SUMMARY

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality cocktails, providing knowledgeable recommendations, and delivering warm hospitality. Youll work collaboratively with the service team to ensure efficient, seamless service while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Provide expert recommendations on beverages.
• Craft consistent, high-quality drinks efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Manage stock levels and inventory control.
• Adhere to food safety, allergy protocols, and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required.
• Collaborate with servers and management for seamless service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Support a positive, team-oriented culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Valid Smart Serve certification.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Excellent hospitality and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and speed.
• Strong team player and communicator.
• Able to work long-standing shifts and perform physical tasks like lifting and pushing.
• Flexible to work full-time hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
