JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Operations Supervisors are an essential ingredient to the success of our leagues. They go above and beyond to ensure 100% of the games are played each day!
We are currently looking for responsible, reliable, detailed oriented and operational experts to join the JAM!
Most of your time will be spent focusing on the following tasks and projects:
- Managing and tracking the equipment and prizing budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ordering and distributing equipment and prizes for tournaments to enhance player experience.
- Overseeing the JAM T-Shirt program, including inventory, ordering, and distribution.
- Maintaining and organizing all JAM sports league equipment to ensure availability and quality.
- Handling league scheduling, pooling, and proofing to optimize league operations.
- Helping with all JAM sports league playoff schedules, ensuring smooth execution.
- Supervising League Convenors in Toronto, ON, and ensuring all nightly tasks are completed efficiently.

Perfectly Seasoned
- We are looking for someone who has past experience in sports operations and league scheduling.
- We are looking for someone who is a strong people leader as you will have multiple individuals reporting to you in this role.
Well Spoken & Written
- It goes without saying, but well say it anyway. Youll need to have strong self monitoring skills and communication skills.
- You will need to be able to clearly articulate and communicate to vendors and league convenors on a day to day basis.
- Knowledge of a wide variety of sports rules and formats is an asset!
Quick On Your Feet
- Confidence in your ability to take control of a situation with a flair for being resourceful.
- Strengths in planning, decision making, and creative problem solving.
Driver's License
- Valid G Driver's license is mandatory.
EXPECTED HOURS
- You will be working 40 hours per week
- Most of your time you will be working 9:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday
- For the first six months, some hours will be shifted to evenings and weekends to accommodate onsite league and tournament training (i.e. weekdays 1:00-9:00pm)
- JAM operates under a hybrid work model, with time split between in-office and remote work. You will be expected to be in the office likely 3 days a week at minimum located at Mount Pleasant/Eglinton in Toronto, ON.
COMPENSATION
- $50,000 CAD-$60,000CAD annual salary
- 10 Vacation Days and 10 Personal Days to start
- Eligible for full benefits after 3 months

- Complimentary league play (we practice what we preach)
