The Project Management Office (PMO) requires a Sr. Business Analyst to work with the PMO on the Apprenticeship & Certification Management System (ACMS) project.This is a professional services project. All costs must be included in the proposal (i.e. travel and accommodations if required).Working under the direction the Delivery Manager and Project Manager, the responsibilities of the Sr. Business Analyst will include, but not be limited to the following.
Completes business analysis and document business and process requirements for the Apprenticeship & Certification Management System (ACMS)
Documents current and future business workflows.
Plans, facilitates and documents all requirements gathering workshops, meetings and interviews.
Works closely with business representatives and provides assistance as needed with applicable business change activities and business policies/procedures.
Completes any other client-related project tasks that will help ensure project success; and
Prepares or assists with other project-related documents or tasks as required by the PMO.
