Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Clinic Director to lead their medical spa in achieving its strategic goals and driving sustained growth. Thiskey leadership role is responsible for overseeing the clinic overall direction, strategy, and execution. The Director of Clinic will ensure seamless operationswhile maintaining their brand integrity and position in the market. This individual will lead and develop the leadership team, manage financialperformance, and execute a strategic vision that aligns with their mission and goals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the clinics strategic direction in alignment with the company's long-term goals.
  • Drive innovation and growth, ensuring the business maintains its competitive edge in the med spa industry.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to establish and uphold the clinics mission, vision, and values.
  • Create and manage annual budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Analyze financial reports and metrics to make data-driven decisions for optimizing profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue streams and reduce costs while maintaining service excellence.
  • Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy to drive client acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the clinic's brand standards and target audience.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to enhance business visibility.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, focusing on delivering a superior client experience.
  • Implement and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Directly manage and mentor the leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
  • Drive talent development, including succession planning and performance management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical spa, beauty, or wellness industry.
