- Manage the end-to-end deployment process for assigned product rollouts, ensuring timelines, resources, and milestones are met through coordinating cross-functional teams, including product, brand, and franchise operations, to deliver seamless deployments.
- Support franchise and Junktion readiness through training, onboarding, and troubleshooting during and after product rollouts, gathering feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and inform future deployment strategies.
- In collaboration with the Director, Outbound Product, maintain and improve deployment processes developing and updating documentation, including deployment playbooks, training guides, and operational workflows.
- Partner with the training team to ensure franchise and Junktion users receive the tools and resources needed for successful adoption.
- Track deployment metrics, such as adoption rates, feedback scores, and issue resolution timelines, to evaluate success and provide regular updates to the Director, Outbound Product
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, operations, or a related field.
- Experience in managing product deployments or rollouts in a franchise or multi-location business model is preferred.
- Familiarity with training, onboarding, and user adoption strategies.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading end-to-end product rollouts.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (product, brand, operations, training) to meet deadlines and deployment milestones.
- Knowledge of deployment tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot issues and improve rollout processes.
- Strong data analysis skills to track adoption rates, feedback scores, and issue resolution timelines.
- Ability to translate metrics into insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive alignment across teams.
- Experience presenting reports and updates to senior leadership.
- Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 (based on experience, education & internal parity)
