Our team is passionate about providing excellent care, and we are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Home Cleaning Specialist to join us.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional Home Cleaning Specialist with at least 5 years of residential cleaning experience in Canada. The ideal candidate will be patient, kind, and comfortable working with seniors, ensuring they feel cared for while delivering a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires an individual who is self-motivated, efficient, and has a passion for providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and general household cleaning.
• Establish positive relationships with senior clients, understanding and addressing their unique needs with patience and care.
• Follow specific cleaning instructions and preferences from clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Respect client privacy and personal property while maintaining professionalism.
• Communicate any issues or special requests to management for prompt resolution.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and used safely.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of residential cleaning experience in Canada, with references available upon request.
• Experience working with seniors or vulnerable individuals is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleaning services.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when interacting with clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting light furniture, bending, and reaching.
