We are seeking a Technical Lead to spearhead the development of innovative financial products and features across iOS, Android, and web platforms. In this role, you will lead, grow, and mentor a team of skilled engineers while staying hands-on in coding and architecture. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to drive impactful solutions that enhance user experiences.

• Lead & grow a team of talented mobile and web engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Define solution architecture, selecting and integrating the best technologies to meet functional, non-functional, and security requirements.
• Get hands-on with coding, focusing on architectural improvements, technical debt reduction, and boosting developer productivity.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to shape the teams roadmap and execute high-impact projects.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
• Encourage innovation, exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of experience leading a technical team
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Experience in fast-paced, product-focused environments
• Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies: React, React Native, Java, Azure, Terraform, GitHub Actions
