???? HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
???? A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop a high-impact sales strategy
- Building and managing a targeted prospect list
- Generating new business via email, phone calls, networking, and in-person meetings
- Establishing and developing relationships with corporate and commercial clients across North America
- Supporting National Account Managers in transitioning new client accounts
- Tracking and managing all sales activities in CRM
???? WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Proven experience in Business Development (B2B environment)
- Ability to travel across North America (up to 50%) ✈️
- High-level strategic selling skills in multi-layered B2B environments
- Strong prospecting experience via cold-calling & in-person meetings
- A track record of exceeding sales targets ????

???? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: $67,000 to $75,000 + Bonus (based on experience, education & internal parity)
