The Chase Restaurant Group is a passionate team dedicated to hospitality, exceptional food, and creating memorable experiences. Known for The Chase, our renowned fine dining restaurant on the fifth floor of the historic Dineen Building, we are excited to introduce a new casual dining concept on the ground floor, opening in Spring 2025. This new space will offer a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere where both regulars and new guests can enjoy outstanding service and quality dining.

ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Chef de Partie oversees their station and line cooks, ensuring prep, cooking, and cleanliness meet recipe standards. Passionate about culinary excellence, they create memorable dishes for our guests while maintaining a sanitized workspace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• High level of professionalism during peak service hours.
• Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Enforce strict hygiene and food safety protocols at all times.
• Identify and address any issues to maintain seamless operations.
• Mentor and develop junior kitchen staff to foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Follow recipes accurately and contribute to menu development.
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient workspace at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen leaders and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and effective communication.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years experience as line cook or similar position in an equivalent restaurant.
• Passionate about food and hospitality, committed to delivering great guest experiences.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work long-standing shifts and perform physical tasks like lifting and pushing.
• Flexible to work full-time hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
