Agriculture Equipment Technician, Southeast Saskatchewan

Duties:

  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of agriculture equipment.

  • Conduct electrical work, general maintenance, pre-delivery, and pre-season inspections.

  • Complete work orders with detailed notes and recommendations for clients.

  • Perform both shop and field service work, ensuring timely and effective repairs.

  • Collaborate with customers and team members to deliver high-quality service.

  • Stay up to date with industry advancements and manufacturer guidelines.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following company and safety protocols.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Duty Mechanic, or Heavy Equipment Technician (on or off-road).

  • Will consider senior apprentices (3rd year and up) or technicians who are licensed in other trades who have familiarity with agriculture.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience performing diagnostics and service repairs.

  • Strong proficiency in electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.

  • Physically capable of performing the job, including the ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Valid driver's license required.

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Willing to travel as needed.
