The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects simultaneously.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Oversee contract administration, change orders, and procurement processes.
Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
Prepare and present reports on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling software, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.
