Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects simultaneously.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, and procurement processes.

  • Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.

  • Prepare and present reports on project status to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling software, and project management tools.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.
