Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven, ambitious, and innovative Logistics Coordinator to become a part of our team. In the role of Logistics Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing customer orders, facilitating seamless operations, and refining our processes. Your responsibilities will include organizing and prioritizing the shared operations inbox, engaging directly with shippers and customers, and ensuring that all orders are accurately processed and monitored.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Efficiency & Innovation
- Continuously seek ways to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase team productivity.
- Challenge outdated methods and bring fresh ideas to enhance efficiency.
- Triage the shared mailbox inbox, prioritizing and delegating emails as needed.
- Respond promptly to shippers and customers, ensuring excellent communication and service.
- Notify customers of any shipment delays and provide proactive updates.
- Ensure email chains remain structured for better team collaboration.
- Open and enter orders into our system based on customer emails.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in order processing, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
- Monitor and verify that all orders are correctly reflected in our system.
- Maintain and update our main tracking spreadsheet with newly opened orders.
- Track shipments and ensure deliveries stay on schedule.
- Quickly identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
- Work with internal teams to prevent problems before they escalate.
- Escalate and propose solutions for any operational bottlenecks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- 1 year of experience in logistics, order processing, or a related field.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software, spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), and process automation tools.
