Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for an Production Operatorin our Tillsonburg, Ontario Stamping Facility. The Weld Operator is responsible for operating the Robot Weld Cell and producing quality parts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience reviewing part specifications and defects, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. MIDNIGHT SHIFT

Primary Responsibilities:

• Production line work, such as reworking, packing, and sorting parts
• Assist and provide support to pressoperatorswith set upprocedures
• Support the maintenance, tooling, quality, and logisticsdepartments
• Perform quality checks and ensure product meetsspecifications
• Utilize welding and grinding hand tools
• Maintain & improve housekeeping within workarea
• Other duties assigned by the managementteam

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to meet quota andstandardsby performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to retain information and communicate effectively
• Ability to stand for long periods of time/ lift 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Able to work all shifts: Midnights, Days, Afternoons

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined
