About the Role - Data Analyst

We are looking to fill three Data Analyst positions. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in transforming business requirements into actionable data-driven insights. The successful candidates will leverage their analytical skills to support decision-making processes, optimize operations, and influence strategy through rigorous data analysis and visualization.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in data-driven environments.
  • 5 years of proficiency in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and process documentation.
  • 5 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • 5 years of basic understanding of SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • 5 years of experience using agile tools and methodologies like DevOps, Jira, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Cloudera.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
  • 5 years of familiarity with government operations or public policy, providing a valuable perspective on public sector data analysis.
