Parking Support Services will play a key role within the Parking Operations Team, providing exceptional customer service to fans and guests utilizing the Rogers Centre's automated, cashless underground parking. The primary responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth functioning of the parking operations, assisting customers with parking, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. All Parking Support staff are expected to uphold the organizations We CARE values, ensuring an outstanding and memorable experience for every guest.
Please note that these are seasonal roles aligned with the baseball and Rogers Centre events schedule, spanning from approximatelyApriltoOctober2025.These positions arepart-time contracts

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet fans and guests as they arrive, provide them with parking instructions
- Assist guests with automated payment process
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer complaints and fan escalations are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner - working closely with other game day departments to resolve matters as required
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the parking facility, including reporting any damages, hazards and maintenance needs to leadership team
- Monitor parking areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure vehicles are parked in designated area
- Assist with the installation of game/event day signage as required
- Ability to use a radio to maintain communication with other parking support services staff and parking operations leadership
- Other administrative duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Parking Support Services staff must be available to work a minimum of 80% of all scheduled regular season home games including evenings, weekends and holidays as required and a minimum of 50% of all other events
- A team player who will establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to reach desired result
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, outdoors and in all weather conditions
- Manual labour required, lifting signage and barricades as an example
- Strong and effective communication skills interpersonal, written, and verbal
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Punctual, reliable and flexible - ability to adapt to the needs of the business; shift coverage etc.
