The Role
The Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility, drive sales opportunities, and expand market presence. This role focuses on collaborating with retail partners, dealerships, co-marketing companies, and agencies to execute marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented professional with experience in marketing, sales, and partnership development. A background in consumer packaged goods, outdoor industries, or automotive accessories is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Building and Managing Strategic Partnerships: Identify potential partners, develop proposals, and establish agreements to drive brand growth and sales opportunities
- Collaborating with Retail and OEM Partners: Work with top retailers and eCommerce partners to align product strategies, plan promotions, and increase brand exposure
- Ensuring Consistent Brand Representation: Conduct website audits, guide partners, and maintain cohesive brand messaging across all channels
- Developing and Executing Promotional Campaigns: Implement retail and OEM marketing programs that align with business goals and maximize brand visibility
- Supporting New Product Launches: Assist in the introduction of new products, working with sales and marketing teams to drive awareness and market adoption
- Strengthening Dealership and OEM Relationships: Work closely with dealerships and OEM agencies to maximize product visibility at key events and activations
- Managing Co-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with like-minded brands and agencies on joint marketing efforts, including contests, giveaways, events, and co-branded content
- Expanding Market Presence Through Events and Activations: Secure product placements in industry events, marketing materials, and photoshoots to enhance visibility
- Monitoring Market Trends and Sales Performance: Analyze industry developments, track campaign effectiveness, and identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in marketing, sales, or partnership development, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry
- University degree or college diploma in business or marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Confident and skilled at managing relationships in various professional settings
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
