Business Analyst
- The Business Analyst will assist in developing a robust business case that clearly articulates the value and feasibility of the proposed project, ultimately helping to secure approval and funding.
Job Duties:
- They will also help to write the RFP after the business case is approved.
- They are responsible for ensuring that the proposed project aligns with the organization's strategic goals and provides a clear rationale for investment.
Key responsibilities are:
- Gathering and Documenting Requirements
- Conducting Fit-Gap Analysis
- Developing Cost-Benefit Analysis
- Creating Functional Specifications
- Supporting Decision-Making
- Collaborating with Stakeholders
- Experience writing RFPs and Business Cases would be a plus
- Working in the BC Government technical environment is preferred but not mandatory
Basic Qualifications:
- 7 years' experience with Business Analysis
- Previous experience documenting requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Min 4-year post-secondary program (BA/BSc) or 10 years' experience (with 2-year post-secondary diploma program)
