Position Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Corporate Development & Integrations Manager to support the evaluation, execution, and integration of acquisition and growth opportunities. This role will require close collaboration with the executive team, private equity partners, and both internal and external stakeholders to evaluate new business opportunities and develop investment theses. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in mergers and acquisitions(M&A), operational analysis, and post-merger integration, as well as a proven ability to manage cross-functional projects.
The Corporate Development & Integrations Manager will be responsible for guiding the entire M&A process, including project management, due diligence, and post-merger integration efforts.
This role will report directly to the CFO and will serve as a critical point person for finance, operations, human resources and task management within the process.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with executive team and private equity partner to support the evaluation of new acquisition/growth opportunities and the development of investment theses and business case formulation.
- Work cross-functionally, liaising with both internal business managers and external stakeholders, to develop strategic, operational, and financial models to prepare analyses to aid in decision making.
- Support the entire M&A process from end to end, including project management, diligence, presentations, and post-merger integration.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for the board and executive leadership as it relates to investment opportunities.
- Expertise in strategic decision-making, particularly in high-stakes environments, with the ability to make recommendations based on rigorous data analysis and business insights.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, especially in unstructured environments, with a proven ability to navigate challenges and turn them into opportunities for growth.
- Project management expertise, including strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of strategic opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
Qualifications & Specifications
- 3-5 years experience (preference for experience in corporate development, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction-related roles).
- Strong analytical skills with experience building financial models and using data to guide complex decisions.
- Ability to independently lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally to synthesize feedback and create structure in an unstructured environment.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with executive-level stakeholders.
Work Environment and Schedule
- Business casual office environment.
- Work is generally conducted during a standard work week (Monday to Friday), and generally during standard business office hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- Some requirements to occasionally work before and after normal business hours/business work week, based on the demands of work and client availability.
