The Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll support marketing initiatives by creating technical written and visual content, supporting market research and data analytics, and assisting with our online presence.
You will collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency and help drive the success of marketing efforts across campaigns. If you have 1-2 years of marketing experience and want to grow your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and editing written content for blogs, social media, whitepapers, and other communications and marketing materials.
  • Design visual content using tools like Canva and InDesign (Photoshop and Illustrator experience is a plus).
  • Support content marketing efforts, including social media management and analytics, SEO optimization, and email marketing via HubSpot.
  • Support maintenance of our company website using WordPress-Elementor.
  • Contribute to lead generation, market research, and event preparation (materials, logistics, etc.).
  • Organize and maintain marketing collateral, digital assets, and track engagement metrics across platforms.
  • Provide document support, including spell-checking, formatting, and grammar reviews for proposals and presentations.
  • Handle vendor inquiries and external communications as needed.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with preferred experience in technical or B2B communications.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and InDesign (Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus).
  • Familiarity with content marketing, social media management, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or communications.
  • Experience in technical writing or B2B/industrial marketing.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress-Elementor, Adobe, and digital marketing tools.
