Overview

Under the supervision of the Players Club Manager, the incumbent, either personally or through subordinates, plans, coordinates or supervises the daily activities of the player services department.

This is a dual position. The incumbent would be responsible for the tasks of a Player Services Representative (PSR) while working as a PSR, and the tasks of a supervisor while working as a supervisor.


Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enrolling guests into the loyalty program, embossing and issuing rewards cards, transporting supplies, forms and assisting guests with questions, redemptions and special
  • Accurately enters player data into SG-CMP
  • Well versed and knowledgeable of Rock Star Rewards loyalty program and property promotions
  • Maintains a clean, safe and organized work environment
  • Meet and greet guests on the gaming floor as well as at special events and at
  • Will assist with promotions, player development and redemptions as applicable.
  • Act as liaison between guest(s) and management as relates to needs of guest(s) complaints and
  • Maintain confidentiality of
  • Monitors and has working knowledge of promotional and enrollment kiosks
  • Guest services where directed to provide amplified
  • Represent casino at off property promotional events as needed
  • Checking and retrieving guest's coats and personal items
  • Stock and re-stock the area to ensure an adequate inventory of all goods
  • Perform cash and/or credit transactions with guests
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some demonstrated guest service experience/training required or an equivalent combination of education and/or
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays as
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and
  • The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of

SKILLS

  • Ability to read, write and speak French is an asset

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • The working conditions are those typically found in an indoor, climate controlled office environment. Will be exposed to casino related factors including but not limited to excessive noise, large crowds and stress related to servicing guests in a high pressure and fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino and/or Hotel
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
