About the role:

Our Service Administrators provide knowledgeable, professional, and efficient clerical support to our service, Fixed Operations team. Do you have a knack for details? If you thrive working behind the scenes, ensuring all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed and would like to gain experience in a new industry, this might be the career for you. You bring a positive attitude and exceptional organization skills, well provide you with the support, tools, and training youll need to help get people camping!

As a Service Administrator, youll be responsible for:

  • closing internal work orders, ensuring accurate billing
  • working with the parts and service team to ensure work is completed in a time frame that will meet our customer's expectations
  • working with insurance companies to ensure all required paperwork is submitted
  • submitting warranty pre-authorizations, and making sure required authorizations are approved
  • reviewing work orders and accurately transferring all relevant information to claims forms
  • maintaining and managing transactions related to unit inventory

About you:

  • You prefer detailed, administrative work
  • You pride yourself on your communication skills
  • You thrive in a role where you can be accommodating and analytical
  • You enjoy producing precise and accurate work

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Above-average communication skills
  • Comfortable using new software, and MS Office
