Our client is is looking for a Scrum Master for a contract until the end of the year. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills and will ideally a bring a background in AI & ML project management. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office in downtown Toronto.

• 5+ years of Agile Project Management and/or Senior-level Scrum Master experience
• Comfortable working on technical projects and understanding of technical terms
• Deep knowledge and experience using proven Agile and lean principles, practices and methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and iterative delivery
• Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA, Product Board, Visio,
• MS Project and all Office tools
• Undergraduate degree (preferred) - Preferably in Business or Technology
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to Senior Directors, VPs, and above
• Proven ability to manage projects with third-party vendors and significant technology components
• Advanced knowledge of the change, issue, and risk management
• Curiosity, a willingness to learn and out of the box thinking
• Detail-oriented with great time management skills and experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to communicate with business areas, high-value customers and executive leadership
• Excellent leadership skills with an ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; influence stakeholders in written and oral communications and able to work effectively at key levels of the organization
• Exceptional communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-have:

• Hands on AI and ML Project Management experience
• Project/Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g. PMP, CSM, PSM, and/or SAFe)
