Role Overview
As a Partner Manager at DataStealth, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and driving
revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing
partners, while also collaborating closely with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize partner
performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute partner recruitment strategies to expand DataStealth's market presence
Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, including qualified
security assessors (QSAs), system integrators (SIs), and value-added resellers (VARs).
Provide training, support, and enablement resources to partners ensuring they are equipped to
effectively sell DataStealth products and services
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to develop partner-specific marketing programs and
campaigns
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement
corrective actions as needed
Serve as a subject matter expert on DataStealth products and services, delivering presentations and
training sessions to partners and their customers
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform partner strategy and
decision-making
Requirements
3+ years of experience and proven track record of success in partner sales or partner management roles
within the cybersecurity or technology industry
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and dynamics, with the ability to identify and cultivate
mutually beneficial partnerships
Strong understanding of PCI Compliance and payments ecosystem strongly preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
