Position Summary

The Project Coordinator/Superintendent is responsible for supervising and coordinating painting projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage job sites, crews, and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production on multiple job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to quality standards.
• Deliver paint, materials, and necessary supplies to job sites as required.
• Provide clear direction to painters and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed safely and according to project specifications.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on project progress.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and allocate resources effectively.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide quick resolutions to keep projects on track.
• Document project progress, job site conditions, and any necessary adjustments using internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination, site supervision, or a related role in the painting or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and clients.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (required for material deliveries and site visits).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment is an asset.
• Proficiency in using email, text messaging, and project management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
