Monark Ventures is seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Content Specialist with expertise in SEO and AI-powered writing tools. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content that engages readers and enhances search engine rankings. A strategic thinker, this individual will excel in crafting content across various formats while collaborating with the marketing team to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write in-depth, SEO-optimized blog posts on various topics.
- Create evergreen, original, error-free content optimized for SEO with provided keywords.
- Ensure content maintains a consistent tone, natural language, and proper keyword integration.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, and style consistency.
- Use AI and chatbots to generate copy with optimized prompts for maximum output.
- Research and analyze keywords, phrases, and titles to improve search engine rankings.
- Develop SEO-friendly web page content aligned with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department on web, email, and print marketing materials.
- Write compelling ad copy, titles, descriptions, and content for digital and physical campaigns.
- Work with the Director of Marketing on various projects, campaigns, and content creation.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, digital marketing strategies, AI technologies, and content best practices.
- Continuously improve content marketing tools, tactics, and processes.
- Assist in optimizing content for press releases, product descriptions, service pages, and eCommerce sites.
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and ad copy.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work full-time in Canada.
- SEO Experience: Proven experience in SEO content creation.
- AI Experience: Expertise in AI tools and chatbots for content creation and optimized prompts.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including ads, email campaigns, and press releases.
- Background: Experience in Journalism, Marketing, History, eCommerce, or the Pharmaceutical industry is a bonus.
- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Deadline-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
- Content Writing: Skilled in writing various content types including product descriptions, service pages, blog posts, and press releases.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Write SEO-focused blog posts and articles daily.
- Edit and proofread marketing materials for accuracy and optimization.
- Research, test, and optimize keywords to enhance search engine results.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department on web, email, and print marketing content.
- Achieve marketing goals and work closely with the Director of Marketing on projects.
- Contribute to the creation of content for web, email, and print-based materials.
- Write AI-powered content prompts for creation.
- Assist in developing content for print marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers).
- Perform additional related duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of a 3-year post-secondary diploma in Marketing, Communications, Publishing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in marketing copywriting and content creation.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; knowledge of website structure; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CMS and Marketing Automation Systems: Required.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess content performance and SEO effectiveness.
- AI Experience: Familiarity with AI-powered writing tools and chatbots.
- Pharmaceutical Industry Experience: A plus, but not required.
