We are seeking a part-time remote Program Assistant - Leads. This position requires a flexible schedule of mostly daytime business hours, along with some evenings and weekend coverage. In this role, you will contact stakeholders who have expressed an interest in CAREERS programs, answer their questions, encourage them to participate and qualify them to move forward with the application process. As the first point of contact for these stakeholders, this position is critical to the leads funnel. Reporting to the Leads, Manager, you will be knowledgeable about the organization, have excellent communication skills, and create a positive first impression.
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts and follow-up conversations in a timely manner
Follow communication scripts when communicating with different stakeholders and handling different topics
Identify whether a lead qualifies for CAREERS programs
Seize opportunities to encourage qualified stakeholders to participate in CAREERS programs
Develop a sense of trust and rapport with stakeholders
Answer any questions that arise and maintain a FAQ database
Make sure all communications are logged in Salesforce
Identify any inefficiencies or improvements that could be made to the leads process that could improve conversion rates
Virtually attend team meetings
Support the Programs and Development department as required
Education and Experience
Office Administration Certificate or Diploma preferred
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Experience in customer service, help desk, or call center environment considered an asset
Good data entry and typing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
