We are looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead and inspire our sales team. If you are passionate about retail, have strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you.

What Youll Do

• Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive sales performance by coaching staff on effective sales techniques (Greet, Conversation, Close).
• Monitor and enhance customer service standards to meet or exceed satisfaction goals.
• Train staff on various sales stations, product knowledge, and in-store technology.
• Support daily operations, including supervising floor coverage, delegating tasks, and ensuring all closing duties are completed.
• Ensure sales team competency in handling customer inquiries, processing returns, and managing warranties.
• Manage resources effectively, including break schedules, prioritization of tasks, and team deployment.
• Encourage and track performance metrics, including Medalia scan rates and sales targets.
• Provide feedback and coaching, helping the team grow and improve.
• Support management in achieving store sales goals, customer engagement, and overall efficiency.

What Were Looking For

• Retail leadership experience prior experience as a supervisor or senior sales associate is an asset.
• Strong customer service and sales skills ability to train and inspire others in best sales practices.
• Knowledge of Canadian Tire products and services or willingness to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in using in-store technology, including MS Teams, Meerby App, and CT Website/App.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills ability to prioritize tasks and manage staff efficiently.
