We are looking for a Front End Supervisor to lead and support our cashiers and customer service team. If you have strong leadership skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about customer service, we want you on our team.

What Youll Do

  • Supervise and support the cashier and customer service team to ensure smooth front-end operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling escalations, returns, price adjustments, and customer concerns.
  • Monitor and manage checkout efficiency, ensuring customers are served quickly and accurately.
  • Train, coach, and mentor cashiers on best practices, including cash handling, transaction accuracy, and customer interactions.
  • Oversee the customer service desk, assisting with refunds, exchanges, warranties, and special requests.
  • Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures, including handling of high-value transactions and fraud prevention.
  • Manage cash handling operations, including float distribution, till audits, and safe counts.
  • Coordinate break schedules and shift coverage to maintain efficiency.
  • Support front-end staff with using in-store technology, including POS systems, price checks, and mobile apps.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-end area.
  • Assist in achieving store performance goals, including customer satisfaction metrics.

What Were Looking For

  • Previous retail supervisory experience, preferably in a front-end or customer service role.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures, POS systems, and fraud prevention measures.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure in a busy retail environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in using in-store technology, including MS Teams, store apps, and customer service tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
