SUMMARY
Reporting to the General Manager, the Office Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties related to the treating plant to maximize the effectiveness of customer service levels.
EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
- Data entry of daily receiving, production and shipping activities into Agility/JDE.
- Daily inventory checks in the yard (outside in all weather conditions)
- Conduct inventory cycle counts as required.
- Organize and maintain files.
- Other general duties as required
- Adhere to all work safety rules and regulations.
- Daily filing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning of documents.
- Participate in the bi-annual physical inventory count.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Minimum two years' related office/inventory experience an asset
- Able to communicate effectively with internal staff and work in a team-focused environment
- Accurate data entry skills
- Aptitude for details and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent organizational skills and an aptitude for planning
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
EDUCATION
- High school graduation

- Hourly wage rate: $22 to $23 an hour

HOURS OF WORK
- Typically, Monday through Friday
- 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Note: Hours may change due to operational requirements.
Work Location: 33730 Enterprise Avenue, Abbotsford, BC V2S 7T9. Must have own transportation.
