From our roots in 1988, when a group of dedicated employees banded together to purchase six seedling nurseries, PRT has grown into North America's largest forest seedling provider.

Today, with 28 sites across the US and Canada, including 14 seed orchards, we grow over 630 million high-quality seedlings annually. We're proud to play a vital role in supporting reforestation and sustainable forestry practices across the continent.

Our Nursery is located in Tappen and we are hiring multiple people for seasonal work immediately. The project will continue on until the end of June. The right candidates will be offered ongoing opportunities for employment as they arise.

The thinning project involves removing extra tree seedlings and using them to fill empty spaces in the greenhouse.

No experience required, training provided

$17.66/hr to start, piece rates available proficient thinners regularly earn $19 - $20/hr

Required/Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
