Director of Sales & Marketing
Position Overview:

Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a growing organization to recruit a Director of Sales & Marketing. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior leadership role oversees the company's sales and marketing operations, driving revenue, market share, and global brand recognition. The Director will shape and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, lead teams, manage the distributor network, and foster strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and communicate cohesive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage budgets for the sales and marketing departments, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
- Serve as a senior management leader and advisor, collaborating with other departments to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Establish and oversee sales strategies, pricing, performance analysis, and metrics.
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and implementing effective compensation programs.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers, ensuring proper education and sales training.
- Lead marketing communications, branding, advertising, and related materials.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to drive product strategy and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams on new product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Relevant post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales with concurrent marketing management responsibilities.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue, market share, and customer base.
- Account management experience at the national level (international preferred).
- Strong leadership and strategic vision, with the ability to manage, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Expertise in designing sales compensation programs, performance tracking, and managing relationships.
- Superior communication skills (verbal and written), time management, and public speaking abilities.
- Proven ability to analyze, negotiate, and manage business development relationships.
